The Best Of The Rest: Get Over It

Summer is over, deal with it. Embrace the cold wind, for with it comes atmospheric music, red leaves and a new winter wardrobe. Here's the best from the rest...

Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness!
Close bosom-friend of the maturing sun;
Conspiring with him how to load and bless
With fruit the vines that round the thatch-eaves run;
To bend with apples the mossed cottage-trees,
And fill all fruit with ripeness to the core;
To swell the gourd, and plump the hazel shells
With a sweet kernel; to set budding more,
And still more, later flowers for the bees,
Until they think warm days will never cease,
For Summer has o'erbrimmed their clammy cells.

As far as we’re concerned if you don’t wear Vans, ride Indy’s or have an 8.5 deck, you ain’t got shit… If you hold similarly staunch views then you will obviously follow core skate mag Thrasher… Over at Thrasher it’s all kicking off with the annual King Of the Road comp. Rad!

Our own resident soundbwoy Ilpo AKA Resound is a busy guy. Not only does he enlighten us with his production wisdom but he also writes some of drum & bass’ best music and shares his knowledge through his own production blog.
Here he shares his opinion on something that effects all artists. Hype!

Once upon a time lived am man in New York. He liked bikes, drum & bass and vegan food. His name was (and is for that matter!) DJ Clever… As well as performing all the duties as bossman over at Offshore Recordings, he also blogs here about his favorite hats and the like:

That will do for now…
